Conjugal Warfare

An anthology series of short stories revolving around a poor couple who, despite not being able to stand each other, continue to live together under the same roof. Joaquim Pedro de Andrade, one of the most important figures in the Cinema Novo movement, parodies the erotic comedy genre known as pornochanchada to twist CONJUGAL WARFARE into a critical comedy of manners.
